WHAT IS RADIO FREQUENCY?Radiofrequency is a temperature-controlled attenuation method. Radiofrequency cellulite is a treatment method used against regional fat and sagging problems in the face. The radio waves activate the water molecules and ions (sodium-potassium-calcium-magnesium) in the body. Due to their activation, energy is released and the area becomes warm. The aim is to increase the temperature of the heated (treated area) to 41-43 degrees (normally body temperature is 36-37 degrees). This heat does not cause any damage or harm to the body. So, what are the effects of radiofrequency?
Regional treatment with radiofrequency has three effects. Radiofrequency warms all tissues containing water in a controlled manner without causing them to pass (or transmit) to very deep tissues.
1. Effect: Basic Mechanism:
During the treatment, the walls of the fat cells break down in the heated area and the fats begin to melt. Melting fats are absorbed through the blood and lymph via the circulation and excreted from the body.
2.Effect: Collagen Production
2. Effect: Aged and worn collagen tissue disintegrates and dies. Instead, the body begins to produce new collagen.
3. Impact: Tightening Body
3. Effect: The tissue that provides firmness and tension in the body is called connective tissue. The cells that make up this tissue are fibroblast cells. Fibroblast activation accelerates with the heat formed.
